This new idea has been lingering in my mind for a while. I meet very interesting and inspiring teachers that I would like to introduce to you all and give myself the opportunity to work with them.
The energy and inspiration I want to transfer to you in giving workshops on an irregular basis. Adeline and I are working on body-awarness. Yoga we use for getting more aware and in touch. Adeline is a professional yoga and tango teacher and a very sensitive woman who will help us to feel ourselves and our bodies more clearly.
From that awareness we take you to tango. With more balance (which comes from understanding un-balance) we go towards connection. In tango followers moves are indicated by change of balance by the leader. So being aware of ones balance is essential... and I found it gives a follower more freedom en more input into the dance.
Which makes is more possible to share your feelings about the music with your partner.
In this workshop we work only with women (expections are possible, please ask). We want to create a space to feel, experience and talk about being a follower in tango.
